THE DIGITAL PICKLE STUDIO - MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENT DIGITAL CONTRACT
This Agreement outlines the terms between The Digital Pickle Studio ("TDPS") and the Client for all creative services provided.
1. Studio Structure TDPS operates as a collaborative creative studio. Freelancers and other independent contractors may assist with project completion under TDPS's management. This ensures consistent quality and timely delivery.
2. Payment Terms
Accepted forms of payment: E-transfer and cash. Any other method must be discussed and approved in advance.
For package projects: Full payment is required before any work begins.
For small one-off services: No deposit is required.
Outstanding balances must be paid in full before any new services commence.
Clients may take the time needed to pay, but no new work will begin until previous balances are cleared.
Money is not transferred to TDPS until the project is considered "complete" by mutual agreement.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
If cancellation occurs before meaningful work has begun, a full refund will be issued.
If cancellation occurs after work has started, a partial refund may be issued based on completed work.
If dissatisfied with final work upon delivery (before approval), TDPS offers a full money-back guarantee. Deliverables will not be provided if a refund is issued.
4. Scope of Work and Revisions
Unlimited reasonable revisions are included before project completion.
Once a project is marked "complete," any additional changes will incur a flat fee per revision.
5. Work Methods
TDPS may use publicly available stock images. These are non-original assets available for public use.
Clients may request exclusively original content at an additional cost.
TDPS often uses AI tools as part of the creative process. Clients may request that no AI be used for an additional fee.
6. Technology and Third-Party Services
TDPS is not responsible for failures of equipment, software, third-party platforms, or other technology-related issues (e.g., Facebook outages, Squarespace glitches, Photoshop malfunctions, hardware failures).
TDPS is not responsible for unexpected costs tied to third-party services (e.g., hidden fees, subscriptions, price changes).
7. Timeline and Deadlines
Project timelines are agreed upon individually with each client.
Projects may extend beyond the original deadline due to reasonable circumstances.
The sooner a client responds to communication, the sooner their project can be prioritized.
Delays in client communication may result in adjustments to project timelines.
8. Pricing Notice TDPS is in a "beta" phase. Pricing may change over time to reflect growth and experience. Clients will always be informed of any changes before being billed.
9. Portfolio and Credit
TDPS reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, marketing, and promotional materials.
If a client wishes to keep work private, they must notify TDPS in writing and may be subject to an additional privacy fee.
10. Client Approval
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving work before considering the project complete.
Once approved, clients are responsible for any unnoticed errors or omissions.
