At The Digital Pickle Studio, no two projects are alike — and that's exactly how we like it. Every design, photo, or digital creation is carefully customized to fit the unique needs of each client. Because of this, we don’t offer standard pricing lists or generic service menus. Instead, here’s how our process works:

Custom Quotes for Every Project

Each project begins with a one-on-one consultation — typically via video or phone call. In-person meetings are also available upon request (please note that travel fees may apply).

Tailored Pricing Packages

After our initial chat, you’ll receive a set of custom package options based on your goals, timeline, and budget. These packages are designed specifically for you to choose from.

Payment Before Work Begins

Once a package is selected, it must be paid for in full before any work begins. This payment acts as a deposit and holds your place in the studio schedule.

Final Approval & Receipt

Your project won’t be marked as complete until it meets your full approval. Once you’re happy with the final result, a receipt will be issued to confirm completion and close the project.
