Guided Software Problem-Solving

Others prefer to work through software they already use or need. We help break down unfamiliar screens, translate what’s happening, and practice thinking through new tools calmly and confidently.

Across all sessions, we strengthen core digital foundations as needed — things like navigation habits, common terms, saving work, undoing mistakes, passwords, and recognizing safe actions.
